One of the great things about what we do is the proximity of the event to the source of the food. The ingredients for this family style menu were grown within minutes of this beautiful location.
When designing our kitchen, we wanted to create a space that felt like home. We created a space that our staff loves working in, filled with natural light and good flow. Much of the wood and other materials used to build the Duo kitchen were reclaimed, and repurposed from our local environment.
One of our favorite things is to prepare a meal at the Duo kitchen. This allows us to more fluid with the menu, and is like cooking at home. Some of the most memorable meals we've prepared for our guests have derived from dinner at Duo.
